Example of a PAT-ChIP experiment performed in our Lab

(Human - Breast Cancer FFPE-sample) 

Application of PAT-ChIP to human breast cancer FFPE sample: chromatin was isolated from eight FFPE sections (10um each) of breast cancer (FFPE archive sample) and immunoprecipitated using the indicated antibodies. The immunoselected DNA was analysed by real-time qPCR for enrichment of transcriptionally active (Vcl and Gapdh) and inactive (Hapln1 and Col2a1) gene promoter regions. Mock, no antibody; n.r. Ab, non-related antibody (unpublished results).
