PAT-ChIP Sequencing (Colon)

Example of a PAT-ChIP Seq experiment performed in our Lab

(Human - Normal Colon FFPE-sample)

PAT-ChIP-Seq: chromatin was isolated from FFPE sections (10um each) of normal human Colon (FFPE archive sample) and immunoprecipitated using anti-H3K4me3 antibody. The immunoselected DNA was sequenced by NGS technology. We report, as example, the screenshots of three different loci (highlighted in red) such as ACTINB, YY1 and SIN3A (the corresponding CpG islands are showed in green below each enriched region). The screenshots report also other enriched regions and the expected correlation with the CpG island (unpublished results).
