Example of a PAT-ChIP experiment performed in our Lab

(Human - Breast Cancer FFPE-sample) 

PAT-ChIP-Seq: chromatin was isolated from FFPE sections (10um each) of Breast Cancer (FFPE archive sample) and immunoprecipitated using anti-H3K4me3 antibody. The immunoselected DNA was sequenced by NGS technology. We report, as example, the screenshots of three different loci (highlighted in red) such as Gapdh, Vcl and Hapln1.
